If there is a defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@northerndiamonds.com.au within 14 days days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

Exchanges

At Northern Diamonds, we offer 14 day returns in the event the sizing is incorrect or the customer prefers a different item of the same value (or increased value). We understand sometimes life happens and we want to make this experience as easy as possible.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings unless broken/damaged or on sale items.
